Announcement! Does anyone know if Burman Street, Swansea is linked to a Burman ancestor?
About Aylett and Burman Family History
My interest in my family history started many years ago when I learnt of
a 'family story' that my great grandfather was linked to royality! He had the
unusual name of De Vere Beauclerk Webb and was reported to be the illegitamate
child of the 10th Duke of St Albans.

The story, on the face of it, appears to be true - although I do not have
absolute 100% proof. My quest has lead down many varied paths and I have been
assisted by many people, including long lost relatives as far away as
Australia!

My research is based on my maiden name of Aylett and my married name of
Burman. I hope you enjoy looking at my site and please contact me if you spot
any errors, wish to add information to the site or would like me to try and
investigate a specific surname further.

At the moment I am working on updating the Aylett family and trying to find out if
Burman Street in Swansea is linked to the family.
